“It
is with sincere appreciation and respect
that my family and I thank you for all that
you did to encourage Steven to succeed this
summer...You and your mentors went well
beyond "business" in your relationship
and attitude toward my son. Just as you
told me that you would act as his "Austin
mother," so you did as did everyone
at House of Tutors.
Your advice and concern
for him was consistent, and constantly encouraged
him whenever he was lonely or discouraged--and
your "you can do it" attitude
made him believe in himself over and over
again.
We credit you with
the positive self-esteem he had and his
refocusing on keeping his goal of success
in mind. Even though Steven did it and had
to do it himself, we know your support was
critical to his success in the Provisional
Program at UT this summer."

"I
am writing to thank you for the extraordinary
support you provided my son Matt during
his enrollment this summer in the provisional
program at the University of Texas. Moving
away from home for the first time and starting
college is usually a challenge for students.
In Matt's case the pressure of the provisional
program increased the level of challenge
so we were pleased the House of Tutors was
available to provide him additional support
throughout the program. Talking to Matt
on the phone the first few days of class
we could sense that the tutoring and study
skills sessions he was attending with your
organization were providing him with a level
of confidence and focus that he needed...based
on our limited exposure to the University
we would have to say that the presence of
The House of Tutors is the best thing about
our experience in Austin.
Because of its size
the University can appear very mystifying
and impersonal. The House of Tutors demystifies
the bureaucracy and offers students personal
concern and attention. Best wishes to you
and your outstanding staff for continued
success with the valuable service you are
providing the students of UT Austin." |

wanted to thank you again for all the support
and assistance Bradley received this past
summer. It proved to be a very tough, but
positive experience. Also, the confidence
and knowledge of what it takes to succeed
was invaluable as he continues this Fall." |

| "I
wish to express my appreciation to you and
all involved in the highly professional and
personal tutoring provided my son. His successful
completion of the 12 hour UT "Provisional
Program" last summer would not have been
possible without the tutoring and guidance
provided by House of Tutors. I, also, recognize
the benefits you offer in his present courses
and am very grateful that he can find the
quality help he needs from time to time. Jonathan
and I certainly endorse the tutoring program
that he participated in and recommend it to
the students entering UT through the "Provisional
Program". |

| "Thank
you so much for all the time you took in caring
for Andy. Your special warmth was felt by
him and made his adjustment to UT easy. The
House of Tutors program is excellent, but
that personal touch puts it far ahead. Thanks
again." |

"The
mentor program at House of Tutors was the
single, most important factor in my acceptance
in the University of Texas provisional program...The
daily reviews keep you on top of the material
and prevent you from falling behind. Their
most valuable service is that they are there
for the students at all times throughout the
summer... House of Tutors knows what it takes
to get you accepted in the provisional program,
all you have to do is follow their lead and
be prepared to do the work."
